About Broadway Beverage Company!

Broadway Beverage Company is an independently owned and operated boutique catering firm run by native New Yorkers with an extensive history is serving the theater and gallery world.

BBC serves as project management team for food and beverage business startups acting as guides through the permitting and licensing process

We help existing business increase revenue and improve product by training staff to be more efficient, selling better product and making positive changes to the work space. We have helped food and beverage teams in every type of venue, from food truck to Michelin starred restaurant.

Meet James Graham, a native New Yorker with a passion for great food and drinks.

James Graham is a native New Yorker and went to High School in the Broadway Theater District. While training to be a chef and kitchen manager he was the apprentice of Chef Seppi Renggli at the Four Seasons in the Seagrams building. He was recruited by Anthony Bourdain to be Sous Chef for his first large scale restaurant on Columbus Avenue. The two maintained a tight partnership at several venues over almost ten years.

 After selling his first catering company James went out west where he restored, opened and operated  Grill in Tucson AZ, a 24 hour classic diner from 1948. Serving standard American classics made with organic and sustainable ingredients. Grill ran for 16 very successful years!

   Building on the success of that and subsequent restaurants he has built a team that has consulted, renovated and operated several food and drink business in New York and Los Angeles. Successful partnerships have included: The Autry Museum, Ba in Highland Park, AGL craft meats and the Broad Museum. All this while maintaining a steady practice of catering for gallery and theater events.
